These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements with Cake Magic. By placing an order, you agree to these conditions.
Orders
All products are made with care and to order. Orders are only final after they have been confirmed by Cake Magic.
Payment
Payment must be made according to the agreed payment method. A down payment may be required for custom or large orders.
Cancellation
Custom products are made especially for you. Therefore, orders cannot always be cancelled free of charge after confirmation.
As all products are prepared fresh and to order, orders cannot be cancelled or returned after production.
Is there something wrong with the order or is there transport damage? Please contact Cake Magic within 24 hours so that we can look for a suitable solution together.
Collection and delivery
Orders can be collected by appointment or, if agreed, delivered. After handover, the customer is responsible for the correct transport and storage of the products.
Allergens
Our products may contain allergens, including gluten, milk, egg, soy, nuts, and peanuts. Although we work carefully, we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination.
Liability
Cake Magic is not liable for damage resulting from improper transport, improper storage, or incorrect use of the products after delivery.

Are you not satisfied with your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to work with you to find a suitable solution.
Privacy
Personal data will only be used for processing orders and communication. More information can be found in our privacy policy.

Private customers
Cakes, cupcakes and custom work: 100% upfront payment. The order will only become final upon receipt of payment.
Business customers
Existing business customers: payment within 14 days (or immediately, if you prefer). Large orders: 50% down payment and 50% before delivery, or 100% upfront.

Payment
All orders must be paid in full in advance. The order will only be definitively scheduled after full payment has been received.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the agreed collection or delivery date.
In case of cancellation within 30 days before the agreed date, no refund will be issued. As all products are prepared fresh and to order, ingredients are purchased and production time is reserved. If Cake Magic is unable to execute the order due to unforeseen circumstances, the amount already paid will be fully refunded.
- Reference to statutory consumer rights These general terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights that consumers have under Dutch law. If a provision of these terms and conditions conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable legislation prevails.
- For products that are custom-made or according to the customer's personal wishes, there is no right of withdrawal. This is in accordance with applicable Dutch consumer legislation.
